WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS DEADLINE

Items may be returned to us for a refund of the product value, provided they are returned unworn and in their original condition with hangers, swing tickets & packaging within 14 days from receipt of the goods, otherwise they may not be eligible for a refund or a full refund. Please remember to include your returns paperwork which is also your Invoice & Delivery Note, to avoid any delays in processing your refund.

All refunds are made back to the card account used to make the purchase within 14 days of receipt of your returned goods, some banks take longer than others.

We accept returns outside our standard 14 day policy during the summer holidays. Items must remain unworn, unused and in their original condition & packaging.

Items that we do not accept back for returns, for hygiene reasons are: swimwear, leotards, tights, mouth guards, cricket ADBO guards, and similar items of personal wear
